Dampier Excited to Serve Churches

What a remarkable time we are living here in Texas! It’s exciting for me as I moved here in late December from Florida and started working at the Foundation on January 3, 2022, after spending 30 years in banking. It’s also thrilling to see the tremendous growth happening in Texas! What an awesome opportunity for God’s church to reach the people God brings. Because of this growth, the Foundation sees churches all over the state needing financing for expansion. Newer churches, which are currently leasing space, are buying land to take the first steps in building their own ministry space. Other churches are buying more significant buildings to accommodate their growth, and some are reaching out to us for construction loans to add larger sanctuaries or multipurpose facilities. I’m so glad to work at the Foundation.
